Bus no BRIPF 7578 ,running between Bihar sharif and Patna donot follow prescribed route , not touches meethapur bus stand ,driver and conductor on 17/06/17 of that bus refused to go meethapur,says 60 rs me bus kharid liye kya?

Nirrala bus running a so-called a/c bus which departure schedule is fixed at 7:54a.m. from MADHUBANI bearing no.9099 is deliberately delay tendency and I am suffering this type of inconvenience on today i.e. 31/10/2017. My ticket receipt number is 4687 issued by Nirala pariwahan.several people also complained about the attitude of bus driver, conductor & khalasi who board the passenger throughout the way to Patna.This is a cheating of those who booked it by hook or crook by dalals of bus stand.This should be condemned strictly by the authorities concerned. I hope that it would be investigated for the sake of passengers belief. Thanks!

I was travelling in bsrtc bus from chhapra to aara with my mother at 0630 hrs. Already two passenger were seated on ladies seat (which is mentioned above the seat) I requested conductor to make available ladies seat for my mother. But he is unable to do it.
Most humbly and respectfully I want to say if your staff is unable to do it then please remove the ladies seat which you have mentioned inside the bus it's difficult to see that ladies is standing and men is seating on the ladies seat.
Please take necessary action against it, whatever is suitable from your side.

I an a resident of Bishanpur, Kishanganj Bihar.

Recently Honourable Sanjay Kumar Agarwal started a bus service from Bishanpur to Siliguri and from Biahanpur to Purnea.

My complaints is both the buses are many a times run on reserved basis which is of no use telling it as a public transport and of convenience.

Even the buses run on reserve without intimation which cause difficulty to the normal individual.

If this is so please do not tell that this is done for Public. Unneccessary popularity ois of no use

bsrtc bus nawada to patna is overloaded. it exceeds its maximum load and very crowdy ,so please ensure that next time it should not happen next time.

I humble to request you that Some bus conductor taking fare from the traveler their mirth while fare should be 120 rs but he is taking 180 rs , I said about this then he is abusing me . I want to ask the system why are these happening .

I am the regular passenger of your buses. Today, Mr. Shrawan has denied to allow me for riding on the bus just because I had left his bus yesterday because of non availability of comfortable seat of that bus and completed my journey by the next bus with informing him properly.
I noticed mis behaviour of that conductor earlier days also with other co passenger.But, his today's behaviour really hurted me and touced me very badly.
I want to inform you that he is the conductor of chunmun travels runs from Patna Gandhi maidan to nawada. It reaches to mithapur bus stop at around 9:00 am.
Kindly register my complaint at take a necessary action regarding this.

Pls note that I am continuously travelling by your buses since 2 years and it's my first complaint with hoping of best response.
