    I bought hero duet on 2016. Now my vehicle have engine problem. The service person said it is due crankshaft bend and I have to bare the expenses. Think about the quality of the crankshaft which is bend within 8000 km. Company should take responsibility and provide real customer satisfaction.

    I wish to inform that I am regular customer of your Jaasoda auto Pvt ltd,at near district court Gurgaon Sohna road, your service is superb for us but some point disappointed me, I would like to inform that about Mr.Dheeraj who work in your organization his behavior was very rude with me also every customer, I visited 3-4 time but he never talk with polite manner when I was meet with Dheeraj he always response with rude behavior, I think he is also responsible for customer service how he could rude behavior with every customer he hasn't polite manner I am very fed up and disappointed with this guy. So I have write a mail about this guy behavior.

    I am G. SivaChidambaram. I have a bike Super Splendour TN 57 AX 3978 and I give a service in Muthuraja Motors Palani and said the complaints they have not rectified . And one week later Trip Meter is not functioning. I went to Show Room and I tell not functioning. They said come by tomorrow and I went by next day. They said come after next two days. I went but there's no reply. Very bad service in Muthuraja Motors Palani. Still now the problem is not rectified. Please take necessary action.

    I decided to buy hero maestro after reading about warranty for a long period and good quality, service, etc. but I am very disappointed to inform that it has just been a year and the starter motor of my vehicle is not working. I have always serviced the vehicle on time and there hasn't been any kind of mishandling as can be seen from the condition of my vehicle but the servicing manager told me that starter motor is damaged and you will have to replace it. Is this quality expected from hero? And why isn't it covered in warranty? Do I have to replace it like this every year? I never thought I would be getting this kind of experience from hero. I have activa at my native place and it's starter motor hasn't damaged ever since it was purchased, which was 10 years ago! To whom this should be reported? Is there any responsible authority who will address this concern? I seriously doubt that I received a damaged piece from hero. If this be true, I'll have to take this matter to the consumer court.

Regn. No. DL 5S BT 2017. CH No. MBLHARI82JHG33923. Eng No. HA10ACJHG71044. Modal- Passion Pro I3S-Self-Drum-Cast.
    Sir I have taken five services of my bike time to time from ARC Motors Pvt. Ltd. R/O F-25/4 Okhla Ind. Area Phase-2, New Delhi-110020. But sound is coming from my bike engine. I have checked my bike to ARC motor but they told me that problem for your bike engine. Might be problem from cylinder kit. I went to ARC Motor on 18-3-19 and talked to ARC Motor Manager Mr. Mehra ji, he told me, please come after Holi. Again I went to ARC Motor on 22-3-19 and talked to Mr. Mehra JI (ARC Motor Manager) and told him, please make my service card and then he denied for the same and told me we don’t Cylinder kit now. Also he denied to make service card to his team member.
    Then I went to ARC Motor Payment counter and ask for the same, and then they told me cylinder kit will be available only after given the Order. Then I have again requested to Mr. Mehra Ji (ARC Motor Service Manager), Sir please check once again what is the problem in my bike. But he clearly denied for the same.
    I have talked to Hero Customer Care Service, and then they told me we will try to arrange the part as soon as possible. But till time we don’t get any resolution. Please help me.

    Dear all,

    I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on October 10th, 2019. I happen to visit an Awful person who represents the Company from the day one, He had promised me to rectify the issue, that is the vehicle which I had purchased on the 24th of August 2019. The Hero Mastero Edge gave me some trouble like making a noise while I was riding it. So the very next day I went to the showroom from where I had bought the vehicle. Explained the person about the issue. He said not to worry about it and will be taken care during the first service.
    Apparently believed in what he said and I left the showroom. Today was the day of service and I happened to take the vehicle to the showroom and reminded him of the issue and asked him to fix the same. He was dumb struck and didn’t even reply to what I had been asking for, he was lethargic, unprofessional, unethical what more could I say. He says that he would not be able to give me a solution for the problem, but he will remove the Stand that is the extra fitting for which I had paid already. Is this the way you respond to a customer of yours, who had come with all hopes of the promise which you had alleged prior
    I repeatedly tried to ask your representative about the pertaining issue, but then that he was not were of interest on me, he refused to deal with my questions. We ended our meeting after 25 minutes without either of us having accomplished anything. I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning (and half a day's vacation) waiting for his response which he didn’t show up itself. My impression of That Awful Man has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my existing procedures which is being managed by your firm would be dealt.
    Furthermore, I trust this is not the way an esteemed brand HERO the Company wishes to conduct business with its valued customers—I have been with several other reputed firms and never founded or have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you. Hope one of all any one professional would get in touch with me and end it up with a fruitful solution.

    I am Prodyat Kumar das, physically semi handicapped person. And I am using Hero meastro EDGE VX. My bike has a electrical fault issue and now my is in VINLINE SERVICE CENTRE BAGUIATI KOLKATA.

    Since 29th sept due to wearing harness, Part no-32100aaw001 unavailability service center unable to give bike. Why such things happen with me?

    I need immediate action from your end as I am totally dependent on my bike.

    I have purchase hero super splendor bike in June 2019 from Janta motors sub dealer of Ganpati from deoria (274001) uttar pradesh. My bike had gear and handle problems from beginning. After two months there were problem in accelerator. I have shown three times at janta motors and two times at Ganpati and spend more than Rs.2000 still the the problems are remain same.Kindle advise. at 9919033236.

    Respected sir I go to my nearest showroom shetkari automobiles at malegaon dist washim Maharashtra dated as 10/05/2020 he is a sub dealer of sohan autobikes washim.job card no.5436 I tell my bikes problem to service manager but he don't done proper service isay rear drum noise milage problem etc.after 2 days 12/05/2020 I once again visit the showroom but the service manager say me in the service I have no authority to clean air filter rear and front tyre cleaning and grising.carburator cleaning if required.i say give me such things in written but he say you brought 100 RS bond paper and then I will give u such things written.sir plz tell me in the servicing such things are included or not plz tell me.

    Dear sir,
    Greetings my self kamal chandra das and I bought hero HF deluxe in 18 march 2020from sanskar motors from indore then due to the covid19 it got lock down and after three month 8th june lock down opened till now I did not receive the R.c.card. it almost passed long time around 3 months passed .there is one more thing we bought2 vichles onother gay received in june the r.c. card. Mr.dipesh is making only excuses so many time I took follow up still the management they are making only excuses of covid19 at sanskaar hero moto .sir i also working with Two wheeler company so many vichles sold and received the r.c.card.but only sanskaar motors are making only excuses.kindly help.
    This is my humble request to you that kindly look in to this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

    I am A. Sreedhar from Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, Telangana state. I used the Hero HF Deluxe for Daily Uses. I have purchased it in February 2019.From Starting two servicing Bike is running very smoothly and perfect. But third time service i have given the bike to Hero agency for services. After service bike is running good but after few days I have facing some problem in bike. 1st and 2nd gear problem.

    I explained above problems to Servicing centre. But not solved problems still.

    हमारी मेस्ट्रो edge स्कूटी का इंजन सीज़ हुआ है जो रायबरेली में नरेश हीरो सर्विस सेंटर पर 15 दिन से पड़ी हुई है उसको बनाने के लिए 5000 फिर 3000 और अब 2200 रुपए मांग रहे है जबकि गाड़ी के इंजन की वारंटी में है अभी मात्र 3 साल ही हुए है इसके बाबजूद हमको परेशान किया जा रहा है।

    कृपया आप इसका निराकरण कराने की कृपा करें।

    हेलो, मेरा नाम सचिन मलिक है मैंने पुण्य शीला हीरो मोटर, दोपहिया सर्विस सेंटर होशंगाबाद से दिनांक 22 जनवरी 2021 को अपनी हीरो प्लेजर स्कूटी की सर्विसिंग एवं सुधार कार्य करवाया इस दौरान फ्रंट फाइबर कवर को बदला गया किंतु उसे अच्छे से फिट नहीं किया गया जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप घर जाते हुए रास्ते में ही 3 नट गिर गए जिसके कारण पुनः आगे से आवाज आने लगी। यहां पर सर्विसिंग का कार्य बहुत ही लापरवाही पूर्वक किया जाता है मैनेजर प्रजापति एवं तोमर के द्वारा लापरवाही की जाती है बोलने पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं करते हैं यह दोनों मॉनिटरिंग नहीं करते हैं वह उपलब्ध भी नहीं रहते हैं जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप सर्विसिंग एवं सुधार का कार्य में मैकेनिक द्वारा लापरवाही पूर्वक समय को व्यतीत करते हुए कार्य किया जाता है। मेरे द्वारा सुबह 10:45 बजे स्कूटी को शोरूम में सर्विसिंग हेतु दिया गया था किंतु 3:00 बजे तक सर्विसिंग हेतु अधिक गाड़ी ना होने के बाद भी मेरी स्कूटी की सर्विसिंग शुरू नहीं की गई जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप शाम होने पर लापरवाही से जल्दबाजी में कार्य किया गया। मेरी स्कूटी पूर्ण रूप से फिटिंग भी नहीं हुई थी और मुझे बिल देने को कहा गया बिल देने के बाद मैनेजर घर चले गए और मैकेनिक द्वारा डालते हुए बाद में आने को कहा गया। उचित कार्यवाही करें। एवं की गई कार्रवाई से अवगत कराने की कृपा करें। धन्यवाद जी।
