Project-"LODHA CODENAME EXCLUSIVE" At Parel (East) Mumabi-Opp. KEM Hospital.

I have paid an amount of Rs 6,30,000/- towards application deposit ( vide application serial No. KEMEO10223) for the said project through RTGS on dtd 12/02/2018 vide UTR No. SBINR52018021200010337 ( Channel Partner Mr. Hardik Parekh. My above said application was automatically got cancelled on 19th Feb. 2018, since I did not confirm the booking and communicate it to the Channel Partner. I wish to inform you that still I have not received my refund of deposit money Rs. 6,30,000/-. Almost 42 days are over. Request to please look in to the matter and arrange to release my deposit money Rs. 6.30 Lakhs at the earliest and oblige.

I'm not being refunded by promised booking amount

i am mr shashikant talegaonkar have booked my 3 bhk flat in LODHA ETERNIS BUILDING NO.12, IDYLIA A-303, 3rd Floor, Andheri East,Mumbai. i have referred my friend Mr. Milind Kulkarni in the same complex and he has booked 2bhk flat. after asked to the booking team about the Priva Program reward loyal customer with benefit upto for 1.6% of the CV they said they dont know about this. pl take my grievance and reply.

Pcma is not providing proper services. Corruption is there. Kindly scrutinized it.
They are not providing proper security. Eve teasing hoti hai. They allowed local Goan Wale as they all belongs to them. Car chori hoti hai. Car parking mai scooter parked hote hai. I use to take 2 hours to find car parking. As a tanent I am facing alot of problems
