Sir, I have complained for my internet connection.
it is closed without resolving issue & without any confirmation or any call.
I have complained again to reopen my complain after that I have called so many times my issue is still there my connection is not working if you are unable to resolve my issue kindly refund my money so I can change my connection to other broadband services which has time for me.
I can not waste time & money for carelessness it is humbly requested to refund me if you have no time for me
I am tired by calling & wasting time with your call center which has never given me satisfactory answer
I honestly speaking you your call center for customer care is useless. answer is always common for everytime no satisfactory answer

Since last one month daily I am facing problem with my wireless broadband connection. Not a single day I have to take oath that your services were ok.
I have paid you not for having such kind of servives. I would like to switch over to some other services where I do not have to make any complaint.
If you can suggest any permanent solution please contact me or else arrange for refund of my money.

trouble created a month back. asked computer supplier, he checked & found that problem is with broad band. talked to Mr. vishnubhai. he said, will be O.K. within 2 days. today, i reminded and as per his advise, i checked on 3 browsers viz; internet exploraer, chrome & mozila. but all 3 browsers say web page can't be opened.
as i have market connected business, this creates lot of trouble. pl. expedite per return of mail.

Its more than 10days, I’ve paid my renewal fees to activate the connection but no one is coming for the installation. I had conversation with you customer support also on the period for everyday but no positive outcome appear.
