First the mentioned mobile number is not reachable.and no one can recieve the landline number

STREE LIGHTS NOT WORKING FROM 4 DAYS...

No power supply since 3 days. I gave complaint to Mescom, Manipal. But still no one came to check. Kindly do the needful.

I am a resident of Shanthinagar Shivamogga, bearing RR No. SNL 625, two months back they have installed new meter from then onwards our billing has been varied that is amount is more than regular billing cycle. Kindly do the needful.

The power supply in our area is being disturbed regularly without information. Today the power was off since 9.30am in the morning and I am informed that the supply will come after 5.30 pm. On 11.12.18 the power was not there from 9.30 am to 8.45 pm. I request you to kindly inform us well in advance about the power cut so that we will make alternate arrangements.

We owned a land which was previously. An electric pole was installed in privately in our forum and two day back without information the line man has come and changed the bunch of electric wires it’s very near to my gallery which is very much unsafe while raining season, there was an incident of spark in the pole which is very dangerous to my family as there is small/ little childrens. All wires are open so there is no safety to the people so I requesting you to look and instruct your technical department to remove the high-tension line.

Whats this the power till you have not given since morning 9.30am was gone as per your commitment 6pm you supposed to switch on the power.

You have to think wisely about public as well their work shouldn't get disrupted. But your KEB team not thinking on all the aspects.

How can you be irresponsible like this? Our phones are dead to communicate.

Atleast future this kind of power cut program you need to shorten the duration. Please take the decision sensitively.

I had written a letter on 22.12.29 complaining that my total consumption from 1.3.20 to 12.20 is average 33.1 units per month where as total billing is average orr month is 1800 per month .

I have recognized that the meter reading has not worked according to the department but the bill generate person has not informed us so kindly give the the details about this and take a serious action against the person if not so I will move it to consumer court

There is no current in the area (Gandhi bazaar, manjunatha talkies, shimoga) so this is the kind information to you that we are suffering a lot due to this above mentioned issue so please resolve this issue as fast as you can.
