FIRST WHEN PRODUCT RECD. FOUND usb NOT DETECTING...HENCE RETURNED RECEIVED FOR SECOND TIME...STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM THAT USB NOT DETECTING.

I purchased Saregama Carvan Music Player from Mega Electronics East End, A-17,Vikas Marg, Delhi 110092 on 6th April where I found that the remote was not working, immediately I met the dealer and registered my complaint on 8th April 2018 .
Dealer said that some executive from company will visit my home and resolve the problem but nobody came since that date.
Moreover I requested them again and again by personal visit but there is very poor response from the dealer.

Please get this resolved

I have purchased Saregama Carvaan on Feb 3 , 2018 online. I am facing a problem of no charge of batteries and no sound output . As a result it's non functional since last three months .

It was purchased with great hope to enjoy seamless original soundtracks . My calls on toll free number did not yield any positive outcome . Sincere request is to make it workable ASAP or give me a free replacement or get it back . Some of my friends who are interested in purchasing new one asking for its performance but I am forced to be tight lipped .

The radio developed problem within minutes of its first operation. The customer care executive told yesterday19.10.2018) that my complaint would be registered.

I purchased carvaan 'who 1183013103296 on 17th April, 2018. Since then there has been a noisy and disturbing sound overlapping the prevailing songs marring my happiness as well as your reputation. I contacted Mr. Rahul Kumar about two months ago and he promised to send an engineer to look into the matter, but none has turn up till date. Today I have rang him and just has told a single word,OK, and prefers to not respond at my repeated phone calls like a very indecent manner.
