The person in the service center is not giving the proper recipt of the items which he has Mada and unnecessarly pay lot of extra money which goes to his pocket and he is also saying to put a second hand product at original price please look after this

Till date no cashback has been received,we are Follwing the delaer For the cash back.Earler dealer informed that they are checking with OPPO company, but now they are saying that your SBI card was not eligible. I had purchased two Oppo F11 from Citi center2 Kolkata on 20-05-2019 and along with it as a free gift i was supposed to get two Bluetooth head set which unfortunately they couldn't provide on 2oth may but promised to provide it on 22nd may if i come on that date in the evening they wrote it on the bill along with the stamp, i asked them weather they r sure about it or not as i was leaving Kolkata on 23rd may as i was on transit and i live in Port Blair, Andamans. They said with out fail they will give it to me on 22nd surely. But to my surprise and shock they failed to provide it to me and again said to come back after two days when i said to them that i had already told them about my departure they said ask someone else to collect it,but after a while of heated discussion the manager started to behave rudely and almost threw me out of the store. This is a very bad example they have shown and i fell cheated as listening to them i bought two phones but now i am thinking i should have gone for some other brand like Vivo or Mi or Samsung. I hope my complaint will be taken seriously or what else can i do just won't recommend this brand to any of my friends or relatives or colleagues. Please look into this matter. I have the required bill and in it the mentioned Bluetooth headgears with the stamp for your discretion.

i just buy oppo reno2z at cost of Rs 30000 and 3th day i face lots of issues in your mobile and still i faces issues your service center are not usefull kindly request you to reward back of this complaint i need dio latter and i just want replacement of mobile your company give me offer if in 6 months you face any kind of issues including water damage and phisical damage and now your all service centers are not provide me any type of service if you dont resolve my concern i seriously gonna complaint in consumer court and file againest grahak suraksha court i will show you in court..

sir,my oppo mobile phone have some issue regarding network since last two month and is in warranty period but oppo care centre in Nandurbar is closed and not reopened till date,while other mobile companies care centre are working so suggest what shall I do to solve my oppo mobile issue.
