Sir i bought a campus sandal since march.i known that the campus sandal is a good product,but not.it is bad product. My sandal is broken only three month and did not help the shopkeeper.the shopkeeper given me warranty for six month.but he didnot help me. Please help me.

I Harshal from Nasik maharashtra. I purchased Campus super flex running shoes dated 30 jan 2018 from nashik. Shop details : DS SHOES pawan nagar, cidco, Nashik - 422008. PH.NO.-02532398448. After two days i observed that there was manufacturing defect in stitching of both shoes. So i had go back to shop and show to shop owner.he directly said no for replacement even after gave me three months warranty. I think he should have to give me replacement. I really trust on you from long time. I definitely sure you will do something or give any suggestion about that. I also sent email to you with photographs of shoes.

When touch the SS part or other electric shock like feel occured many time (may be due to static charge).

So what can be do for this?
During designing of shoes it should be considered so that customer feel comfort.
Due to above reason i am not wearing the campus shoes.
