Jabong customer helpline number .9064205480..Waiting for their refund for 20 days, my money still not with me.
They charged me money for an item they did not have in stock. They then informed me I would be refunded (26 euros) for the item as they do not have it in stock. 20 days passed, the refund is still not with me, they keep complicating the process up, very cumbersome, are unable to share a screenshot of refund when I ask. Their charging for a non-existing item is automatic, while their refund takes forever, I doubt I will ever receive it. They practically stole 26 euros off of me as it stands at this very moment. Other companies send a refund the same second they realise an item isn’t in stock or can’t be delivered for whatever reason but with them it’s an endless and lengthy process with vague communication.
