On 5th Feb 2018 my colleague sent one box with DTDC courier D41556888 from Cochin ..it has reached Blr ,later it has been sent to Salem.while tracking I came to know..pl check and deliver the same immediately

My complaint is against of carelessly delivering my courier in other hands without even calling me once.My courier was deliverd on 2nd of feburary and today is 19 and m nit geting it now.The delivery boy delivery it to a man name Amit kumar and after a prolonged investigation I found out that there is no one present of such name in my headquarters and that courier contain my essential and original official document. I am very much sad to inform you that my parcel stolen by DTDC employers. This package booked by Wholesaler Chauhan Brothers, Surat to my Shop Veen’s Fashion worth of Rs 20563 including GST Rs 953 and Courier charges Rs 550.

On 7th March it was booked and from 9th march I was keep on fallow up with Puttur Branch (9885798919) Keep on saying today it will come and tomorrow it will come. Again Sunday I called first he said on today’s load it will come again Monday morning I called he said today it will come Tuesday and Wednesday same repeated. When I called on Thursday he said packet is at Tirupathi branch and it is Damaged and he gave tirupathi branch phone number (9849999819) he said due to huge material dump it is damaged and I asked him there is no such material which is damageable all are Ladies dresses and inners Leggings that packet may be packed with silver tape until unless someone open the parcel it won, t tare and he said afternoon he will check and update please send me Docket number I messaged him. Evening when I called him he not even responded and said I am busy and I said I will complain. Again I called puttur branch and asked about my courier and I fought with him than he said Tirupati branch mentioned that packet Delivered on 13th march without sending to puttur branch and no such damage of parcel only little bit tared in one corner I will deliver to you and I said if all material is there than only I will receive and he bought without LR copy no Invoice copy I have refused to take the Delivery he said he will return. (Please refer the screenshots below how they gave parcel). I checked and noticed that only 70 items instead of 130 items.
I have paid to the wholesaler Rs 20563. Kindly assist me on this who will be the responsible for this.

I regret to inform you that I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed by the services provided by Dtdc. I couriered from dehradun to Delhi yesterday via consignment on urgent basis. I paid the amount of rupees 220 for delivery within one day.
But unfortunately the consignment was not delivered and on calling the Dtdc defence colony dda complex office in Delhi I was told that it will be delivered on Monday and that I should waste the time of the person I paid the money too. 
Please answer this question of mine, 
Why did I pay the money for the services if I had to do the needful myself. 

Kindly register my complaint and kindly refund my money for urgent services.

Had the worst experience with your services! Spending money for the speedy receiving of courier and receiving it after 4-5 days doesn't make sense at all and with all that misplacing my courier doesn't justify at all. I need an explanation to it or else i will escalate this matter.

Suddenly i got a call from your delivery boy regarding my Curriar then i said if Sombody is there then give otherwise give me later. Then he was talking in very arrogant manner also refused to come and asked me to come to office and collect the same. I am having very bad experience with dtdc Curriar. I will tell my company don't send thing through dtdc if dilivary people talk like this to your customer.

Tracking details showing unsuccessfully delivered at Viman Nagar PUNE but our deliverey address is kharadhi why they delivered in Viman nagar PUNE. I went to dtdc office they show me deliver details but their is no name and contact number and signature is different.

Dear DTDC Team,

My Consignment was arrived on Saturday (26-05-2018) at your fort branch Mumbai. It was a plus service. My address mention on courier was my office address, because that was the last Saturday of the month my office was totally closed. It was plus service, so i called to customer care number Mumbai branch and requested them to deliver my consignment on Monday morning (28-05-2108) and she said "ok will inform to fort branch they will deliver on Monday morning" i also received a msg for this too on my resister number that was mentioned in my address.

When i reached on Monday morning (28-05-2018) office track my status i was shocked. Status was showing "your Consignment was delivered successfully on 26-05-2018 Saturday at 6:30 pm but that day my office was closed no one received any doc from DTDC.

Today, i tried to call customer care executives, Fort branch manager Mumbai ( Rahul) and some one Seema from same branch. I request him to find out my consignment as soon as possible. But unfortunately on one ready give any response on this. They have no clue about consignment.

Document is very very important for me and my company. If not able to submit that document on time, i will lose my job.

One thing i want to say, difference between out for delivery and successfully delivery time was showing only 9 mints and from fort Mumbai to My office distance is aroung 2.5 km meters and it will easily take around 25 to 30 minutes to reached distance. That things showing some did something worng. And the worst part is no one responding on this seriously.

Lastly, I would request you do something for this and deliver my document as soon as possible and please give your feedback on this asap. That Document was very important for me, if i don't get then i will lose my job.

I gave my baggage to DHL Express in RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore on 12th July 2018, and I have not even been assigned a tracking number till now. I was also not given a consignment number, as I think that the branch person was illegally trying to ship my item.
I opted for on-road mode, where I was supposed to get my items within 7 working days, and even after 10 days, I do not even have a tracking number. Is this what is expected from a global giant like DHL. Is this how you treat your customers? My name, mobile, and address are written below.
