    Sir mere ko bike bajaj avenger 220 liye huye 14 month k hua h jab se liye h tab se hi iska gearbox or battery problem ho raha hai.bajaj agency m time se service bhi kra chuke hai or iska problem bhi bta chuke hai.abhi last 2nd february ko hi iska paid service kraye h iska gearsaft bhi change kiya h lakin phir gearbox se awaj aa hi raha h or iska battery bhi kabhi-2 sadunly nil ho jata h phir start krne m bhi problem ho jata h.kripya iska koi samadhan btaiye ki hum kya kare agency wala log thik se repair bhi nai kr raha h.

    Sir,
    My Pulsar 220(KL.........) was delivered on February 1st week and covered 7500 km. The coneset of the vehicle gets tightened and I informed to the service centre (GEO BAJAJ PATHANAMTHITTA Branch)and they replaced the coneset without warranty and they made an extra labour charge onthe replacement (replacement done on 23/07/2018) But after service(replacement),their occurs sound from the front portion and wiring was not properly done on the kit.

    Secondly ,I informed them about the water content found on the headlamp. But it still remains after the service. The vehicle is delivered within 1 year, then why it is not covered under warranty? Or what is purpose of having warranty ?

    I am writing today to complain of the Poor & Fake service I received from Bajaj Dealer - VISAKA MOTORS(12723) on August 12, 2018.

    I have purchase a Discover 110cc as on 20.02.2018 from
    VISAKA MOTORS (12723)
    100/B, B.T.ROAD, SUCHAR GIRJA,
    SODEPUR, KOLKATA-700115,
    NORTH 24 PGS, W.B.

    I have take my First Free Service as on 16.04.2018 from VISAKA MOTORS (12723) with 335 K.M.

    From Last month my bike is suffering for poor Pickup & low sound from Horn issue for which I have communicate with VISAKA MOTORS for availing my 2nd Free Service; the booking date fix on 12.08.2018 Sunday at 9 a.m. But after visiting to VISAKA MOTORS (12723) service reception desk they refuse me to give me 2nd Free Service as because Online CRM showing I have already taken my 3RD Free Service from Prashant Auto (26381) with reference to Job Card No. RCJC 26381201800161 at 9999 K.M. which is most shocking & painful for me as because I ride only my bike 2130.3 K.M till date & I have never visited to any other dealer/vendor as authorized dealer service center is nearby my location & My vehicle is new one & still under warranty. I also found the mobile number mention in CRM for the last 2 sevice is not below to me.

    After several request & cross check with Manual Book & Physical Meter reading (2124KM) with the Service Manager they have agree to provide me as "Within Warranty" support.

    I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning (and half a day's vacation) waiting but Not getting my valid 2nd free Service as scheduled.

    Last of All, From VISAKA MOTORS (12723) provide me a fake Service Invoice showing 10652 KM reading & Repair Type : Other Repairs (Within Warranty), Job card No. RJC12723201801298. (SCAN COPY ATTACHED HEREWITH)

    I trust this is not the way That Awful Company like Bajaj wishes to conduct business with valued customer & I look forward to hearing from you.

    I buy citi 100 bike two month ago. I am facing problem of lekaje of petrol from over flow pipe and there is no solution in bajaj showroom. If there is no solution then why you ( Bajaj ) makes this type bikes. I have a vedeo of lekaje problem and i went to showrom of bajaj Raja motors jodhpur but they told me there is no solution.     I purchasing pulsar ns 200 abs bike kallingal bajaj nedumangad trivandrum delivery date 18/8/2018 only 20 days that day riding my bike missing problem (jerging) bike riding time suddenly engine automatic off running time bike is shakking. I complaint the service center service person checking my bike he told petrol cap rubber problem he told adjest ruber problem solved .i ride my bike still problem facing i call the service center service person told me you ride your bike 3 days problem not solve come again . After 3 days i go to service center he check the bike fuel pippe problem clean it your problem is solved. i go to home still pending the same issue ( daily am riding 150 above km ) i call the service center problem still pending . service person told 1st service time come agin completly your problem gone . He told. ok wait the service date i go to service center service person told 3 days needed work completing .ok i allow the 3 days after 3 days go and check the bike the same issue is pending . Many days 4 times check the bike not uderstand the real issue .new bike purchasing only 20 days how many days going to service center bike not running condition . Very very bad .     18th of August month but we have faced many more problems related this bike like oil leak engine,kilch plate problem, chain drive, or many more but we have visited service center okhla phase 3 Delhi but problem not solved.only they have changed the engine oil and all problems is same.they are taken extra charge also,bajaj service center and customer care service is very cheap , please help me right now what can I do.

    Dear Sir, Myself Jagwinder Singh.I have pulser 150 having registration no.HP 38E2733. I have purchased it from Sangam Bajaj which is located in tehsil Nurpur and distt. Kangra Himachal Pradesh. Its total mileage is about 21000km. I have made all its services from authorised dealer. As per specification its average is about 40-45km/l. But my bike gives only 32km/l. I asked to dealer for many times but they give no any response to me till date. So please I request you to make a appropriate action or help for me about this case.

    I want to inform u 25 December 2018 I purchase a bajaj platina compact new models.after some days drive bike came loudly sounds after changing gaire.if bike drive time 4th gaire run that time speed slow down than after increase speed.problum start that time came loudly sounds from gaire box and automatically sounds ends. 2 services complete third services pending. 2 services time complaint to machenic bt he ignore....

    I recently brought CT100 from Kalyani Bajaj, Bangalore. The purchase procedures were good and done 1800km as of today.

    I have problem with the engine like the engine gets switched off when I accelerate, if the choke is used it goes on.And to come to normal, I have to ride at least for 5 km and release the choke. And this happens all the time when i start the vehicle after say 2hrs.

    Due to this excercise the fuel consumption is more,clutch and chain sprocket gets worn out and is damaged.

    As I will not be able to come frequently to the showroom and wait for 2hrs just to get the engine cooled down and spend another hour to get the vehicle attended.

    Please pick the vehicle from my workplace and get it repaired.

    I did speak to you personally on 11th of Sept'2018 evening at the time of picking up the CT 100 after service.

    In continuation of the trail mails. Mr Diwakar from kalyani had called me and arranged to pick the vehicle at my convenience and fixed the issue. However the mileage dropped drastically from 75+ to around 35KMPL.

    Thinking that I should wait till the second service. I continued using the vehicle for another 3200+ kms with the record mileage of 35KMPL for a 100 CC bike ...WOW
    On 11th I had given my vehicle for the second service and complained about the mileage issue and I also mentioned to you during our discussion that nothing would have been changed.
    Issues not rectified/unatteded
    1) Mileage issue

    3) The additional adhesive worth Rs150/- used was not informed and is worthless and not required for a 100cc bike that to with a awesome mileage except to raise the bill amount .


    Some suggestions/feedback
    1) Shift your service billing counter from the basement where you have the technology of accepting the payment after verification of the SMS sent to our phone but there is less or no Mobile signal.
    2) Add a couple of tables with executives to explain the service bill as you have for the sales.

    Anyways coming to the point CT 100 problems is a big question mark????
