  • Milton Hotbox - material deficiency

    We have a good opinion, Trust and confidence on Milton products. Recently I have purchased 2 Milton hot box in M/s Saravana stores at Ranganathan Stree, T Nagar (Phone No.24346078, TIN 33331540173). One is Buffet 5000 and another one is Celestial Ultra 4000, on 28.02.17. We have first used Celestial Ultra 4000 and found that one side of the top is not properly closing. On 11.03.17, I have handed over the hot box personally at the Saravana Stores, T Nagar - Chennai and request them to give fresh piece. They said that they will sent to Milton Service Centre and it will take a week time for get back the same. On their call, I have visited their shop and received the hot box today and found that the Top of hot pot is replaced with old one. I checked the hot box whether it is working fine but I found that one side of the the have a grip only 20% and at any time it will come out from the Grip point.

    The Photo of the Hot Box Celestial Ultra 4000 along with purchase bill are enclosed here with for your verification and doing needful.

    Please provide me a Fresh Celestial Ultra 4000 with good working condition.

    I hope that the Company will take positive step and will retain their customers always.

    I purchased thrmosteel flask from CSD in the month of October 2016. I had one earliar.I started using this new one in the month of march 2017. It was used hardly five to six times now it's whole body is getting heated up very fast. When I checked while shaking it appears that water is in side some were. It means some leakage has taken place. What to do on this suggest please. Old one is still in good condition. At present I am in Chennai bill is also not with me.

    Dear sir /mam
    I have purchased spotezero classic spin mop from Flipkart but after using it 2 times its spin tub n rod is not working properly. I, then talked to Flipkart customer support but they refused to return because I have used the product n they said communicate with Milton customer support then I called your customer support no and your customer support member suggested me to maild the matter in detail and assured me about that I will get the product replaced.
    Please look into this issue and resolve it.
    I have attached the bill please go through it.

    I have purchased spotezero classic spin mop from bigbazar but after using it some times its rod is not working properly. I, then talked to Big Bazar but they refused to return n they said communicate with Milton customer support then I called your customer support no but same was not attended I also maild the matter in detail kindly replace the product n look into this issue and resolve it.
