I have paid 99 plus 303 on 31 st March yet my connection got cut

On 29.6.17 I got two hip nos 8777285046 & 8777284199 the latter was activated and made two calls also but after that it was deactivated. I could not do the verification of documents of 8777285046.

I have lodged my complaint regarding no call is made possible through my Lenovo a6000 Mobile handset.It was all right even a few weeks ago and I could call through jio4g voice as my handset is LTE not VOLTE.BUT the sim says my phone is volte.Your representative also says so.I contact Lenovo customer care and they say your phone is LTE.I think the new version of jio4g voice is the cause for my problem.
