I purchased my sansui TV a couple of months ago recently black spots have started to appear on the screen which are blocking the visuals
I need an immediate solution to this matter as the spots are growing day by day Thankyou

The tv screen went blank and the display is not working while its audible , its not even been a year and this is the second time i am facing this issue. Really unsatisfied and disappointed with both product and the service. The tv falls under the 5 year warranty. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

I have Sansui LED tv which has already had display issues for second time in the year , the fellow service person came to check the tv and said there is an issue with the panel and told me it will take 10 days time to fix the same. I do not understand what the issue is but it is extremely disappointing that after the product has failed to satisfy me the service given by the company is a failure too. I HAVE PURCHASED A SANSUI L.E.D TV FROM PLAZA ELECTRONIC,CHARKOP KANDIVALI WEST,MUMBAI 67 SINCE LAST ONE YEAR WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY OF 2 YEARS BUT IT IS BEING PERSONALLY AND BY MY FAMILY IS BEING OBSERVED THAT SERVICE CENTER AT MIRA ROAD DO NOT CARE TO RECEIVE OUR CALLS AND COMPLAINT CENTER HAVE PUT THEIR HANDS UP REGARDING TV REPAIR EVEN THOUGH OUR TV IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD.IS IT OUR MISTAKE TO OPT FOR PURCHASE OF SUCH A BIG BRAND ?????
