I have order 3 pairs of flats on 6th of september from streetstylestore..when will i recieve the order?

I placed an order with streetstylestore and the amount got debited but the order hasn't been placed.I even got an email saying my payment was successful but my order is still not placed.I went through the reviews and found that I am not the only one who has this issue.I've written 2 emails to them but haven't received any response.Can you please help me out.

Its been more than 4 months I placed an order for 2 products. Out of which just 1 was delivered that too I had too return because of size mismatch. So for neither the undelivered product not the 1 which I asked to exchange for a bigger size have been delivered. I have even asked for refund but there is no response from customer care. I just keep on receiving support ticket every time I contact them via their support section. They do not have even updated their contact detail so a person can contact them directly.
