    I purched a sharee today from jashan ,prozone mall ,aurangabad. Due to bed light I purched red colour sharee but in light it's look like maroon colour and jashan staff also told it's maroon but when I reached my home
    It's red . And now they not providing cash back to me and they also not have any fresh sharee . Shakti kumar 9762860033

    maine purchase ki saadi jashn show room se vaha pe aap ke emply ko chaap lusi jyada aati hai jo offer custmer ke hote hai vaha ke staff hi le lete hai aur custmer ko bataya nhi jata shaadi ke saath kurti purchase karne pe 50% ya free hoti hai maine shaadi kahridi hai 7499 ki 30% ke baad mujhe 4790 diya maine mere bill pe 2 article add kiye gye but mujhe mila ek hi article matlab mujhe bina bataye hi mere bill pe 2nd article kurti ka kyu aaya aur aaya to mila kyu nhi plz revert my mail

  • Purchase of Sarees from Jashn.in on 9th Sept 2018

    We ordered online sarees (2 no’s) by doing online payment through Kotak Credit Card.Eventhough the cash transaction was through we did not received any confirmation.
    Later understood that the purchased material is not available in Jashn site.

    When contacted customer care for refund of paid amount , we were told that they will contact vendor for supplies of ordered products , will confirm on same later.

    Later when again contacted we were told that material will reach us in next 4 days.
    But thee is no written communication neither on registered mobile no nor in registered e mail address.
    The person in customer care said that the portal is not operating so the written confirmation is not possible.

    This surprised us being a customer that we do not have any confirmation of delivery of the product for which we already paid.

    This is very unprofessional approach from Jashn brand for which we were having very high respect.


    Now we feel helpless and think only a professional body can help us to solve this issue.

    Hi . I am a diehard fan of Jashn sarees. Always love to jump n buy for Jashn sarees.
    Last time I bought two sarees from Growel mall...limited edition of Satya Paul..as per the shop person.
    Sarees are really beautiful....
    The problem is blouse piece attached is seperate material..colour ..quality..
    Does not go with the beautiful saree.
    The saree is litterally cut n new blouse piece is attached.
    It is clearly visible..
    Till date ..whatever I bought..blouse piece is ok n built in saree..n not separately attached
