Hy, My Name is Hira Bahadur working as a chowikada in sector 6 community hall R.K.PURAM New delhi 110022. Having been disappointed from every nook & corner, I am knocking the door of your good self to handover my mercy appeal in your power with the hope of redressal of my grievances.
That I was engaged as cwokidar by the welfare association in the year 1976 and working continuously since then at community hall, sector 6 R k.puram New delhi. I was been paid from the welfare fund for looking after and taking care of the said community center. The payment was being paid to me through the Residence welfare association. But the payment has not been paid to me since November, 2007 because of not drawn by resident welfare association, without any reason, whereas I am still working and performing my duties continuously. I have no other source of income and very difficult for me to make both ends meet. I had submitted the application two times already first on 13/10/2015 and second 28/12/2016 but in both the times no response was coming from Resident welfare association. That is why I Hira Bahadur sending this appeal to you, kindly take your attention in my case of salary.


I therefore request you to kindly pay your personal attention & issue necessary order for restoration of my salary.
