This email is regarding a broadband connection in my area: Kishangarh Renawal, pin code 303603, Jaipur. There is only one service provider which is BSNL. During the lockdown, I have to work from home and I need a broadband connection. I requested a local BSNL vendor, but they are charging 18 thousand rupees for a single connection, which is more than three times the proper rate. Fibre cable is only required for 400 to 500 meters. The vendor was also not ready to give any plans below 2,000 per month. I also talked to the BSNL office but there was no use going there. They are saying this is not their work. Is this the way to deal with customers?
Does BSNL not have any plan below 2000 per month? How much should a vendor charge from customers for 500 meters of fibre cable?
Why does BSNL give such responsibility to people who are thieves? Why are poor people being cheated? Is this the way to do business?
Does BSNL not have any control over such people? Is BSNL not responsible for this? If not, who is responsible?
I hope you understand my pain and problem. I emailed you because I need the connection very urgently. I have been trying to get it installed for more than a month.
I hope I will get a solution from you, and you will take appropriate against the vendors.
