Hello!!!! I am proud owner of Apache RR310 bearing vin no –MD638AS19K1B06568 , Engine No – 0S1BK1900163.

Let me introduce myself first, I am Dipen Bhavsar from Ahmedabad , Gujarat . I am Deputy Manage (Auto claims) in respected Insurance company and you can say I am automobile insect of our field.

I was proud owner of TVS apache RTR160 hyper edge 2012. Since I am big fan of this series its lead me to own RR310 to satisfy my wishes and Thrills of riding.

I am not complaining here for the issues but as, I am a technical person I would like to give suggestion on some points of riding this demon somewhere around 4000 kms.

I have experienced the same old vibration issues which was felt to drive my old hyper edge 160 , between 4000 to 6000 RPM.

I get to know that my demon is fluctuating badly in manner of RPM in Ideal mode. Its gave pulsation from 1900 rpm to 2100 rpm in standing ideal mode. I came to know it’s a because of tuning and it’s a genetic problem of this series and you already have implements in new edition of bs6 or 2020 model.

But please don’t make me feel that carburetors are better to tune and get proper results in manner of driving. Here I have attached small video of the same.

In spite of this many time I found that machine got cut off , while I am engage the clutch in n nominal speed and I have to face embarrassment between the traffic as you may know Ahmedabad is very crowdie place to live. But I observed that It was done only in low Rpms and it might be due to that fluctuations of RPM.

I would like to know the Ideal Rpm rate of this bike as I have 1800 to 1900 in mine.

Above mentioned problems were already shared with the dealer point and they try to make it out but somehow its not done and felt the same problem again and again after doing the tuning at workshop.

Need your intervene and call should be appreciated to discuss this scenario. A waiting for your revert.
