    - 2 POLES WITH LED LAMPS NEEDS TO REPLACEMENT
    - I have been running from EESL department to MCD and MCD to NDMC and NDMC to BSES but of no results
    - EESL claims that they only fix the problem and cannot replace the LAMPS
    - BSES claims that they only supply the power and cannot replace the LAMPS
    - MCD has deaf ears
    - NDMC claims that this does not pertain to them.

    Can someone identify and inform the concerned department to replace the 2 faulty LED street light LAMPS on the 2 poles.
