Dear Sir,

1. kindly refer my reverse pick No. 3422310008702 and 3422310008783 dated 04 Sep 19 pertaining to Boodmo spare parts.

2. With a big kind of disappointment, It is intimated that my both the packets have not been pickup till date which are to be picked up by 04 Sep 19 due to some unprofessional manger Mr. Arnub (Mobile No. 8638395030) appointed at your Balipara, Tezpur (Assam) Branch.

3. Further, through some known persons I got the number of manager of delhivery Balipara naming Arnub (Mobile No. 8638395030) and i called him on 04 Sep 19 around 1800 Hrs, that my reverse pickup was scheduled for 04 Sep 19, but both the items have not been picked up till now. He assured me that reverse pick will be done on 05 Sep 19. But, the same has not been initiated till date. I called that dishonest manager at least 70 times to know the status of the unwanted and over delay, nut he never picked my call. This kind of blunder shows a huge amount of his unprofessionalism and dishonourable behaviour.

4. With a deep regret, I am not able to understand such kind of misshapen could be possible by such reputed courier company like delhivery also. Further, I request to initiate a strong action that deceitful and corrupted manager (Mr. Arnub) and terminate him as soon as possible. He is completely failed to perform his duties properly and straightway ruing the name of delivey courier company.

5. Henceforth, I request you to arrange the reverse pickup at the earliest. The same mail i m being sent to boodmo.com also to avoid such pathetic services provider. Thanks.
