Purchased above model and everything was fine till one day I noticed that battery charger was not working. After reporting Service Centre, the Unit was taken and said to be defective (though I repeatedly informed them that there was no major issue except that the charging slot was loose). After months of follow-up and chasing, it was replaced and that's when next level of suffering started.

Soon after receiving the replaced Unit, we found that FM radio is not receiving signal and therefore not working. The same was reported to Service Centre with a reply that someone will attend but nobody attended. Again reported, this time told that the Unit will be taken back but no one turned. Again reported, again assured but with same outcome.

Today again after reporting, I am given feedback@saregama.com to email the issue. Hope, this time it will be attended.

Can not believe that Saregama is controlled/owned by Mr Sanjiv Goenka who is my idol and I have a lot of respect for him. Our electricity connection is from CESC and it is so perfectly managed. We have no issue and zero complain there from several years. On the contrary we feel deceived with Saregama.
