    The lackadaisical attitude of your company customer care department has compelled me to invite your kind attention towards their careless and irresponsible behaviour.
    I purchased my carvaan online on 19th April 2019 but it had some technical errors as it used to repeat same song.
    So i made a complain towards it.
    It was picked up from my residence on 9th July 2019 and it was mentioned that it will be delivered within 5-6 days.
    But it has already been over one month but there is no response from and making excuses from past month to deliver within a week.
    But now I've come to know there is no reliable response from your end.
    This service from your company has made me very disappointed and i am very eager to take legal action towards this matter.
