Complaint Recharge not done

  • Airtel Digital TV (DTH) Customer Care Number, Email ID, Office Address, Complaint and Review - Recharge not done

    Sir,
    On 22nd of March I have done airtel TV bonus recharge of Rs.335(include 335 for top up recharge and 15 extra) But I have not display any channel from last 2 days. This recharge done by online and the amount deducted from my bank account. But channel not display to me from last 2 days. I have call to customer care also, but they give answer, we will start your connection in 4 hours. But not started.

    Please guide me
