[07/01, 10:40 PM] Atif: I tayyab ali resident of F 61 Abul Fazal Enclave is a physically challenged person. In our country India any person may file a fake rape case twice on his own wife just to take revenge , inspite of being declared wrong by the court.Also our police favours Kamil the person who file wrong case to me, i belong to Gram Raipur , district Amroha ,Kamil aur neighbour who tries to involve in our forefathers land , and try to occupy our land ,on against which when we filed case in district court, he charged us with rape case , which involved his wife sehnaaz , such a severe case of rape charge on me.Our investigating officer replied , its a case of land dispute.Sehnaaz again filed rape case on my father Rashid Hussain and my three brothers .We want to file land dispute case , but we are stuck in our rape harrasement case .I reached up to high court and supreme court but none of the court accepted the police final report and first eye witness. I filed complaint to crippled association and chief minister. I dont have any choice now where to send my justice , where to plead , if anything else on high court and supreme court. Is there anoyone else on top of the court or anybody greater than court to take charge. Is there any law that could forward my case to CBI enquiry ,to give me justice , so that these wrong and fake case file against us is solved . Iam attaching copy of my report. I hope to get justice in the eyes of law , because justice delayed is justice denied .Its my humble request , for my justice ,iam a small common man.
