Sir, We areAgriculture Extension Assistants working in Agriculture Department Production, Govt of Jammu and Kashmir. Sir Were were employed in the same department on 1 April 2007 by the J&K Govt as per REZ Scheme and after that were regularized as permanent employee on the Post of Villagae Agriculture Xtension Assistants(VAEA) now named as Agriculture Extension Assistant(AEA) in three phases agaisnt tht wish of the we people at very low pay grade. Sir the pahse was regularized on 1 April 2014, second on 1 April 2015 and third on 1 April 2018. While we all Agriculture Graduates are employed on the same date and years ! April 2007. To get a future security of all AEAs who are alreday employed in overage we demand to include our temporary job period in permanet job which are ranging from 7,8 and 9 years at 4280 pay grade which is our genuine and deserving grade as per our professional qualification.
