    To

    Hon’ble chief Minister
    Govt. of MP
    Bhopal

    Through-Hon’ble Secretary

Sub-unjust termination of my service to the Post of Reader in MBA Dept. Rani Durgavati University ,Jabalpur,MP.

    Respected Sir

I most respectfully beg to bring to your kind notice a case of mine in brief for your sympathetic consideration and needful action.

That the Rani Durgavati University ,Jabalpur, MP invited application from all over India from candidates for the Post of University Reader in MBA Subject, sometime in the year 1999.

In the general Advt. published in various National News Papers, nothing at that time was mentioned in the Advt that only candidates coming under OBC quota from Madhya Pradesh will be eligible for consideration.

So I am accordingly being an OBC Candidate from Bihar, [Now in Jharkhand] applied for the said Post .on 2000.

consequently I was called for interview and fortunately selected by a high powered Selection Committee duly constituted by Hon,ble Governor cum Chancellor of the University, Bhai Mahaveer and also given appointment ,shortly asking me to join in the Post of Reader in MBA Dept. of the said University.
    [Encld Appointment Order]

On account of my appointment letter, I joined the Post on 13-6-2000 and I have completed my probation period and finally got confirmation letter on 5-9-2003 by the said University..
    [Encld- Confirmation letter]

I continued my service for a long 6 yrs & 6 months. Up to 26-12-2006 without any objection of any sort challenging the validation of my appointment in the University.

Now when the previous Hon’ble Governor cum Chancellor ,Bhai Maheveer completed his tenure and left.
A new Hon’ble Governor cum Chancellor namely Late. Balaram Jhakar joined and took up the charge of the University as a next chancellor of the University.
In the year 2006 ,soon after joining, new Chancellor ‘s office headed by Late Balaram Jhakar raised this particular dispute against my candidature only out of 10 appointees of the same panel ,
Saying that as I was the candidate holding OBC Certificate from Bihar [Now in Jharkhand],My appointment given to me by the earlier high powered selection committee has been illegal and ultravires even after my confirmation on 2003.
And referred my case again to the concerned University’s Executive Committee [namely senate/syndicate in other Universities in India] for giving opinion, if my appointment had been in order or not.

The Executive committee of the University again confirmed my appointment as correct on 29-6-2006
    .[Copy Encld.]

The next opinion of the Advocate General of Madhya Govt. was also taken in this regard and he also confirmed my appointment as legally correct on 29-6-2006 accordingly

Even after that, the chancellor’s office headed by Late Balaram Jhakar did not agree to all others opinions and bent upon approving termination of my service on the vulnerable plea that I being an OBC candidate for the said post from Bihar [Now in Jharkhand] and not from Madhya Pradesh and finally axed my service on and from 26-12-2006.
    [Encld-Letter]

And I was thrown out from my job till date.

I enclose herewith a copy of each relevant documents which will speak for itself for your minute examination and find out ways to reinstate me to my service with retrospective effect giving continuity in my service and see that a person like me having served for long in the University be provided with bread & butter in these hard days.

I am confidently hopeful that some sort of remedy will be mercifully provided at your end to me in this case.
Kindly see that the termination of my service is revoked on compassionate ground by the appropriate authority, you consider fit.

For this act of your kindness, I shall ever be grateful to your good self.

    Thanking you
    Yours faithfully

    Thanking you

    With Sincere regards
