Complaint Amount deducted but no tickets issued

    Very bad. Amount got deducted from my bank account on 3rd sept 2018 of Rs 30.64/- and no tickets booked. No record of transaction either on the app. No responses to my several emails sent to crutscentre@gmail.com. The customer care number 138 is always not reachable. Bank is responding that the vendor has claimed the amount. But no replies from the railways. Tried calling irctc customer care, they says that they look only after irctc app related queries and not UTS app related. Very pathetic app and very bad customer service. Infact no customer service only. Is this the way Indian railways work. Very bad indeed.
