    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a Jeo mobile phone ( on my wife’s name) on 3rd November 2017, by paying ₹1500/- the model no is given below:

    Model no: F30C,
    RSN: RMPCAHDA0127574,
    IMEI: 911588301273233.

    I have recharged with ₹49/- valid for 28 days.
    The phone is working nicely with all incoming, outgoing and other futures.
    But when ever I try for “video call”, an error message was coming.
    To rectify this problem, I visited your service center at Deccan chambers, punjagutta, Hyderabad on 14th of this month. After keeping me waiting for a couple of hours, they returned the phone back and informed me that there is a problem in the instrument and it cost me ₹410 for repairs. But to my surprise the phone is totally dead and not even incoming and outgoing calls. I have requested them to give back the phone in the same condition that I brought for service. They have refused to set the instrument right in working condition without voice call futures. They forced me to take back the phone in dead condition.
    I am requesting you to do justice and get back my phone in working condition.

    You being a reputed company, I am sure I will get justice. Otherwise I have no alternative but to go CONSUMER FORUM.
    Please help me (a retired person of 66 years old).
