Complaint Regarding broadband new connection

    I would like to escalate an issue in getting new broadband connection in my area kelambakkam, Chennai. I have been contacting airtel customer care for the past one month and they are yet to give me a proper response regarding the new connection.

    I receive multiple calls from different numbers giving different updates. They also confirmed my address and got the proofs twice. I have sent my address proofs to numbers 9677312345 ( contacted a week back) and 9790798988 (contacted yesterday). These persons work in airtel customer care.

    Few say I'll get a connection by tonight but I am not getting any calls. Few say there is a technical fault and it takes more than a week.

    Requesting you to solve this issue as we are in need of broadband connection immediately.

    I called(from my number 9566729681) customer care raised request many time but still now i did n't get any response from your side. 34282866(Req Number).
