Hi I am from Lucknow. Your hair express which is situated in fun republic mall Lucknow is charging wrong to its customer. They charged me 708 rs for 177 rs service. They provide its bill to their hair dresser but not to the customer. When I asked for bill they said they do not give to its customer. Kindly look into this matter. When I said you charged wrong then they replied do whatever you want to do

I was a regular customer of jawed Habib science city road since last 8 or 9 months n i am taking a regular service every month but on my last visit in 9th September i took a root touch up service along with the other service and in route touchup this time they use fake color which just fed away just after two wash n when i visited them today n tell them about the problem the owner riya was not at all ready to listen n the guys was behaving so bad and rude they were so aggressive and not listening to may complain n they were asking the me they will not fix the problem so leave the salon. The way they were talking was so bad and not ready to accept their mistake. I have taken the photos of the color which fed away . Kindly look in to the matter n train the staff some soft skils

They are pathetic and hair cutting people do have any knowledge neither they are trained, my hair cut was waste, plus one of my friends shave was not done right....plus...that person had multiple cuts below and they charged was way high on money

He told me no you didn't shampoo your hair I know. you yourself know you oiled it.shampooing my hair
If you say, I will accept that I have brought hair oil.
