    I was taken the Nokia 150 model phone in that internet option is not there but your big c Manager in madhapur(Hyderabad) he has misguided me that internet option is there i will show you after that some time he replied internet option not there. As per new mobile purchaser they don't know exact options but as being as manager of Big c you know all the option. I already to visited to Service center that service center people also says that you can replace the mobile upto one year and showed the seal as sticker given on mobile box and spoken to that manager and promise me that i will replace come to store. He treated me as in irresponsible manner and rude behaviour. I asked to replace the mobile to Nokia 216 and ready to pay the extra amount also that manager what you can do, do it nothing will happen to me and company. Being a Big company in todays market they are treated me as we don't customer.



    Please help me any one as humanity and as request otherwise i will draft the mail to higher authority and CEO of company and i will go to consumer court....

    Yesterday i have Purchase lenova k9 in Big C in Manjera Majestic Commercial complex, first he said the final cost is Rs 7000/- of the lenova Kp Mobile. but he has taken form my credit card of Rs 7498/-

    Point 2: in scratch card i got the insurance for damage of phone. in lenova K9 its by default insurance is they.

    Point 3 Sale representative told me sir if you purchase this mobile you get inbase home como for Rs 300/-. and i have taken it.
    but Bill Raised to 800 Rs. mover over charger pin in that combo is not suitable of lenovak9.

    At that time i have little bit confused. and i have given my credit card. he has scaped for Rs 7498/- and taken 300 Rs for inbase home come.

    When i have gone to home and checked the bill. bill structure is differen form which i have taken. in the evening i went and asked the Manger he saying the bill the right i have convertd your insurance in to inbase home come actually price is Rs 800/-.
    i have adjusted .

    IS THIS RIGHT WAY OF BIG-C TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER.
