Worst service provider.
They claim to render ultimate service. It's pathetic!
The coverage for the 5G Fiber net will be in that particular room only. The room, next door will be 4G, with constant buffering. Nowhere else, will you get the coverage.
Speed level is a joke with ACT.
You keep complaining, they take their own sweet time to respond. These guys cannot be fooling the customers in this manner. I am annoyed and irritated.
Please think a hundred times before you take an ACT connection.

SR10263608346524, this is the 3rd time, I have raised complaints, on one issue. Not resolved, for no fault of mine. ACT is completely responsible.
Their personnel has no sense of keeping up the commitment.
The ACT authorities need to refresh their staff to know that the Customer's concern has to be addressed on priority.
Sad, they have no clue what to do.
Ironically, they come out with new technology

Would beseech Bala Malladi to venture forth with more advanced projects, once you are satisfied that your customers are satisfied and happy with the products that have acquired of ACT.
Your service levels have to be really overhauled.
Be sure that customers are treated like a customer, forget being treated like a king...

Nobody to help you. I am still waiting for their personnel to attend to my problem from the morning. ACT is perfectly ok for their customers to be at their mercy. This service provider is to be given the highest award with regard to their service level
