    Reference with my above complaint no.
    I have received message to day that my above complaint no is resolved where as nothing has been done & problem is continue since last five days. Low voltage still remain to continue. It's quite annoying that without solving consumer complaint sms is sent from customer care that your complain no is resolved.
    Request look into matter soon & do the needful so that one customer don't have to vest time to get the service done for which is paying money.
    Let's make the sbpdcl to work as per consumer satisfaction not to pass the bucks & people siting in the customer care must be willing to help the consumer with all the data needed to solve the problem. It looks funny when they don't have the no of JE & bijli office contact no.

    करने वालो की लापरवाही के संबंध में ।

    महाशय ,
    सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं राधा देवी ,पति - सहदेव प्रसाद , पता- डॉक्टर टोली वार्ड नं- 07 , CA NO- 100566469 / MKS-2188.कितनी बार मीटर रीडिंग करने आता पर जैसे तैसे रीडिंग कर के बिल दे देता है। कभी - कभी तो ऐसा होता है कि बिना मीटर cheak किये बिना ही बिल दे देता है । हमारे मुहल्ले में संतोष कुमार के नाम से एक बिजली कर्मचारी मीटर रीडिंग करने आता है , ये संतोष कुमार ही जैसे - तैसे रीडिंग कर के बिल दे देता है । कितनी बार मैं मोकामा बिजली ऑफिस में जा कर सभी पेपर के साथ complain किया ही , लेकिन कोई response नही लिया गया है। जब सारे कागजातों को मोकामा बिजली ऑफिस में पेश करने के बाद भी कोई समाधान नही हुआ इन्ही सारे परेशानियों को झेल कर तब मैं online complain करने का निर्णय लिया हुँ।
    अतः श्रीमान से मेरा निवेदन है कि मेरी इस सभी समस्याओं का निदान कर यश का भागी बने। मैं इसके लिए मै सदा आपकी आभारी रहूंगी।

After 3 month we continue take the follow-up with Nawada EB office and local JE regarding EB bill but yet ur team is sleeping. No one is bother for revenue.
