    They told me after 3 months our assure amount 1800 return me , But still now not return assure by back cash .

    I sanjay malagi have taken IPhone 15pro on 26th September 2023 on the basis of EMI, while taking i clearly mentioned to make a process for 24 months EMI but in sangeetha mobile Belagavi Bogarves branch they made ful payment through credit card without my knowledge and they didnt even said about this.when the bill was generated on October 15 then i came to know that bill was made through credit card.later i visited store more than 3times i didnt get any solution from them and no response.so kindly look into the matter and give me solution if not then i will go to higher authority to get solution.

    As I have bought OnePlus 12 worth rs 65000 but I didn't get any offer from ur side .it hurts lot even though they offered OnePlus ear buds ur branch didn't offer anything.     i recntly bought iphone 13 that is on 3/19/2024, which is very slow and not upto the mark lack in response to apps and no vide sync.
    before this iwould like to tell you that when in store asked for the basic difference between ip13,14,15 none of the staffs are ready to describe it, there only focus is to sell and also to sell the sangeetha 1 year package something.
    which is really bad.
    my kind request is to change this phone to higher version either 14 or 15, with additional amount which i should be paid i will.

    Today about 8:30 I was in Sangeeta showroom there was a person who is Muslim I don't know his name..actually I am speaking with the person who is in a cash desk ..and suddenly he entered in my conversation with other who is in cash deck. And then suddenly he started to talking with me but its ok and then I tried explain everything to him also..after sometime the conversations getting to hi and beside the selling counter the customer buying the another phone and I told him to don't pay insurance or do insurance the all thing is lie after all finally these people are not able to pay the insurance amount or the insurance related problem you also be same like faceing mine.. after he called his friends to here quickly to beat me..and told them someone is here doing (..ghanchali..) ..when I heard that word I warn him please don't say that again ..then he told me I'll say do whatever you want do. then I told him I will complaint your head office then say go complaint whatever you can do and using bad bad words like (..En shata kithkotiya kithko...) (...nan tunne melindu bill..)and some other word that I can't even write and finally he made computer copy bill to many pics and trash it.. It's horrible experience and the worst moment of my life.. Sir please take care of this issue..he can only one person can destroy the value of sangeeth mobile..I kindly request you to take care of this problem..
