    Since from 17/04/2018 8PM we have no power at my home of consumer no 62113041002. We had reis a complain of docket no 0418064518 at 8.30 PM on 17th April'18. Since then no service had been initiated in spite of several telephonic conversations done at 03326668014 & 03322256049
    43 hours no power is not acceptable at all in CESC area. It is 100 % your system failure to provide emergency services. Kindly look into the matter immediately. My contact no 9007826151

    Most sincerely I want to acquaint you that this number belongs to me, one Pabitra Gangopadhyay.

    I dod't have any relation with your company in any way. But regularly flooding of sms coming to my said number for some of your several customers whose IDs: 44000181847 / 20000199361 / 07000591210 and so on.

    All those sms are to me very much embarrassing and those spoiling my mental peace in regular basis which is in deed no less than a criminal offence

    I already over phone instructed your company but you didn't adhere.

    I further request you to immediately stop sending all such flooding sms within the next 24 hours.

    today cesc employee has come for meter reading.but he tell us that your meter r not running and his behaviour is so rude with us like it is our fault.we just open your meter room when they come.then what will we know that meter is not running properly.yes we have a dout about meter that in this month the meter bill is come to low.but don't take seriously.it's our fault.we are so sorry for that.please sir/madam send a person to repair this thing.
