i bought 10.or g phone from amazon site in 10 aug .under 15 days i have facing heating problem in it. so that i sent to this phone in tenor center through pick n drop service in 4 sep 18 & 5 sep it was recv by center which is show in me. servify.in.
after that 17 sep i have no any query recv from tenor side for my phone where is it n when it return to me ,
today i call tenor customer care n then i inform that my phone in b2x care factory 403 4 rth floor andheri east mumbai ,
if my phone in present in ur service center so please request u to as soon as possible it repaire n return to me immediatly.or pls inform me on my mail or by call my number is 8273953498.

I am having problem with my Nubia phone. Initially I had an Nubia N1 but when they were unable to fix the bugs in it, it was exchanged for a Nubia Z11. But the bugs persist in the new phone and is even admitted to by the Chinese support center. I have contacted B2X in Bangalore for support on the phone but they are unable to solve the problem. I am requesting that the phone be taken back and money refunded since the problems are not being fixed. Please help.
