I had been to Lakme which is located in westside building commercial street Bangalore for Eyebrows. An inexperienced Lady handled my eyebrows. I kept asking her are you a trained professional?. The way she was struggling to do my eyebrows. Instead of threading my eyebrows, she went on my skin which is having a permanent scar on my forehead side. I need justice from lakme.

Booked an appointment for 12 Pm but concerned person has not turned up till 1220 Pm, was repeatedly told that the person is coming in two minutes. Nobody at the Salon was concerned. When asked about Area Manager number it was not given, how does the customer escalate the matter if there is no access to Senior Management, we are told to go to customer service and lodge a complaint.
Have decided not to recommend Lakme to anyone. Waste time of customers.
