Sir, I applied for green gas pipe line on Dec.2017, an amount of Rs.6000/- got deposited by me .In 2019, after much persuasion, pipe line was drawn but till date gas connection was not released.U r requested to kindly expedite the matter at ur earliest.

In front of my house No 5/343 Viram khand Gomti nagar Lucknow main connection point there is became big pit on connecting pipe line due to poor maintenance. Chances for big problem like damage of pipe and leakage of gas. Request for prompt action pls. S K mishra

New gas connection work ws done on 09.01.2021, but the pending work of pedestal restoration as remarked on the report dt. 09.01.2021 of Ishita construction (contractors) has not yet been done exposing great risk of gas leakage in case of any damage to the open gas hose by any unfortunate event. The hose pit is lying open unprotected. some stray dogs are digging near the open gas pit and might cause damage to Gas Hose. Though your contractor representative has assured to complete the work soon, but not yet attended despite a long time has passed. Highly request to kindly complete the pending work earliest. Thanks

Pl. note that despite several request from s.p.singh meter reading not taken and I am unable to pay though one is going to pass out.Low pressure/ low flame complaint is not been attended properly. Kindly pay attention on priorities.

I am sorry to inform you that I made the above application 4 years back with deposit. After making the application your Staff approached last year and took additional Rs.4000/- on the pretext of fitting Meter and Supply Line.
Ever since nothing has been done and I am suffering heavily for want of Gas supply. Please inform me latest position and also whether you will be able to make the supply at all.

Amount paid in Nov 21. Till date no connection. No one in customer care. The way they are looking after gas pipeline may lead to disaster some day. Recommend do not pay them cheque for connection. Connection will never happen.
