We had an doctor prescription dated 9th jun 2023, medicines were purchased from hospital pharmacy. They gave completely different medicine which is costing my wife into Insominia and problem has aggravated. Who is going to take accountability for this medical negligence?

Since from my admission I am not receiving my.blood test report copies to my WhatsApp ID. Before admission I received soft copy. Now I came for first review and given sample by 9.30 till the report copy not recieved to my mobile and lab people telling it will go to desk directly. I need soft copy for my medical records.
