I have book Ola cab for Nagarjuna sagar and from their to Srisailam. The Driver name is Krishna Singh whose phone No. 9642102012. Firstly i have given Rs.1000/- for petrol and again given Rs.1000- for petrol i.e., totally i gave Rs.2000/- to the driver. After completion of destination. He charged Rs.7780/- for total trip i gave Rs.8000/- but i forgot to deduct Rs.2000/-. When i asked he postponed from day to day and at one stage he is not lifting the phone. Serious action must be taken. It causes bad reputation to OLA company.
Kindly solve the issue as early as possible.
