Worst car sale and service at maruti nexa showroom housr by Jayasree:

I have purchased a car on 21.07.2023 at Amman car nexa hosur showroom. On 24.07.2023 car battery got fully drained for unknown reason. The sales team was contacted at morning 8.00 am and they reached my home which is just 6km from showroom by 12.30 p.m.
And they took the car saying battery was weak for the newly purchased car and returned the car after service by evening 4.30. the next day morning when I am about to take the car again it's not starting for low fuel. Will there not be a basic courtesy to fill atleast fuel to run a 5km distance and charge for it? Or they should have atleast informed me about it. Is this the service that would be provided
