Dear Sir,
I have made a payment through my debit card on 25th June 2020, at 11.44 for Rs 10,410.99 for my children school fee, a OPT was generated & when I have received the OPT from bank, I have submitted the OPT for payment but the same time it shown Error . Neither payment was made nor Transation ID was generated . neither I have received SMS from Bank. while chacking my account with Bank I got shocked the amount of Rs 10,410.99 was deducted from the account.
I request you revert the amount of Rs 10,410.99 to my account immediately, which is deducted by you and lying in your account.
