    I have applied for new home connection on20 Dec 2017 at Andipatty (TNI)and paid the all estimate charges ( Rs 27250 ) on 05 Jan 2018 vide bill No 5536165 (connection No 534-12/17-536). However the installation has not been done and the authy does not give any positive reply. Do I need to pay any money other than the estimate charges which I have paid. I have also paid Rs 1500 extra (without any bill)for unloading the lamp posts. Please clarify as to what could be the reason for the delay.
