i gave my tecno i5 pro mobile in cell tech, cision mall on before 10days.. Still they didnt repair my mobile..whenever i called them they simply asking 2days to repairing my mobile.. They asked 4th time 2more days for repairing my mobile.. I didnt expect this service from authorized tecno mobile service center.. Its really worst worst worssssttt service.. If here after its continues you cant achieve in this various competative world.. Thanks for this kind of experience..

I bought Techno i7 mobile from poorivika mobile s chennai -23 on 16.11.2017 from then whenever it is used it gets often heating and now the battery gets drained after it comes to 50 percent and shuts down.I gave it to the service center in cisons complex and they said new software is downloaded and it will become alright but till now it is same. so please tell me the solution.Also it never updates the software.
