PROBLEM : Automatically increasing and decreasing volume and automatically changing channels.
I have booked complaint , a person from Pixels palayam came, checked tv and said " its main Board problem and need to replace the same. so i agreed ad replaced on 14/10/2017 and i have paid RS 3572. The service boy left and there was no problem.after an hour the same situation " Automatically increasing and decreasing volume and automatically changing channels ''
i called service center and they said to book complaint again .. i did .. the service boy came and he removed one wire which is connecting from mainbord to tv power on/off, volume , channel board.
What i under stood is there was no problem on my old board. it was the problem of the other small board.
Still the wire is not connected and TV switches are inactive.
I want the following to be done
1. The old board is with me. i need to put that in TV , i need reimbursement of the amount .
2. ready to pay for the small board ( power on/off ) etc.
