Dear service my samsung mobile product is Samsung Galaxy Grandprime 4G which is under warranty and my battery has been buffed which is checked and told by the service centre of Gangtok and they told that they will change it but they'll have to order but since then its been more than month the battery has not arrived and i am not getting satisfactory service.
