Since I purchased mobile on Sep 23rd 2017 from Gupta shoppe it's realllllly a very bad handset dey have given to us without any proper guidelines and hence dey are very much delaying in service and we are very muchhhhhhhhhhhh unsatisfied with the service and dealer as v roamed almost 6 to 8 tyms and for our handset as we requires NEW HANDSET OTHERWISE lol escalate to top management.... since dey have given set with new motherboard it seems but we doesn't kw how much true ...that dey have set with new motherboard as the same problem started again from yesterday...so finally I m mailing... requesting to solve the problem as soon otherwise I ll sue on dealer and service...

As we purchased very new handset Samsung j7tab from Gupta shoppe Davanagere on 23 Sep 2017 and hence from the Date of purchased after 4 days it started a problem with auto off and which we given mobile to service centre two tyms but none of them service advisors communicating properly and der was no use after servicing as dey telling dey putted with NEW MOTHERBOARD but again it is getting off... so i m out of patience and I want new handset otherwise I love escalate to top management... bill no 0001416
