I had ordered a chicken tikka foot long from defence colony subway through food panda application.Around 18:39 and the delivery estimate was 19:57 i recieved the sub at 20:10. The sub was cold and its not my job to heat it again.. I had to pay for the delivery charge. This is the last time i have paid if the next time it happens dont expect me to pay for it.I had a very bad experience

Location : Nawashahar near JCT Mills.
Time : 1120 hrs.
Entire ambience is smelling onions to the extent it is coming into eyes.
Irritation in eyes was too much...we couldn't sit more than 10 mins.
Manager didn't do any effort to solve the problem.
Pathetic is the word.

I visited Subway at growels mall at kandivili today. Ordered a veggie delight. When opened the sub I found a small cockroach stuck to the bread. Unfortunately I couldn't take any picture then but returned it to the counter. The staff there just said sorry and returned the money. Subway being one of my favorite places to eat, I thought it was important to share this feedback so that necessary hygiene checks can be done to ensure people continue to believe in this brand.

Hi I am jyoti sharma from sector 46 ggn .today me n my 2 office friend going to your subway store sec 46 .but there is very big antigenic incident was there . In bread and tomato having insects .and when we complaint it for this they asked me for returns it's very bad experience.ki dly resolve it and revert me to .i take it the sample of it and I am giving it to food supply department which is very bad for your chain .

Hi Subway,
I ordered 8 packets of chips via swiggy order I'd (#88462768956)
which was 5 lays indian masala magic & 3 American style cream & onion..
But I get totally different order which was 4 packets of tangy tomato lays , 1 Salted lays & 3 American Cream & onion flavour..
Now i want to contact them in there listed number but now they ( Harmanpreet ) didn't pick my call & ignored me.
I am totally disappointed with Subway..
I never thought i feel so bad because of Subway.
Kindly take an action ASAP..
