I have charging problem in my life F1 phone and I have deposited my phone to service centre in kanpur for repairing under warranty after few days I received an sms stating "Dear Customer,
your device under reference no 8013641348 is repaired and ready for collection from our Centre.
Thank you,
Team Jio".But when I have contacted to service centre they returned my phone without repair and take the customer slip and tell me to contact after one week.Why had they done like this stating false msg.

Now in theses days the network is very slow and very difficult to work with this Net.
Hence pls. get it checked and do it fast as I am 100% dependent on it.
